Toujours super. Accueil, service, bouffe, vin, tout est bon & il y a du choix !
On y va à chaque visite à Québec.
Le propriétaire est passionné, attentionné, il prends soin de la clientèle.

Nous avons vu le chef aller au devant des clients pour vérifier leur satisfaction.

Hôtesse a la porte très ordinaire.
A 2 reprises on nous a pas servi la bonne choses. Personnel très débordé.

Très bon plat principal. Pour le dessert Grande déception, ex: tarte au sirop d'érable qui ne goûte pas du tout l'érable. Est-ce qu'il en contient On s'excuse par le fait que les desserts ne sont pas fait au resto mais par un traiteur. Je considère que le restaurant qui donne en sous-traitance ses desserts, aurait avantage à en vérifier la qualité & en changer la description sur le menu. De plus le personnel n'est pas à l'écoute du client. Il argumente sur les FAITS que nous lui exposons. Il tente d'excuser la cuisine & fait sentir le client responsable de la situation.... Pas fort!. Je crois que dans cette catégorie de restaurant, le personnel devrait être à l'écouter du client, s'excuser de ne pas avoir répondu à ses attentes & en prendre bonne note........
