We would highly recommend Portofino. The food was excellent, perfectly prepared & served. The staff was very accommodating & went well beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome & special. We went for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. At the end of the meal we were surprised with a dessert & aperitif by the owner! The staff was efficient & very helpful

Excellent meal. Very good food! Good service.
We had reservations & were promptly seated in the "quietest" part of the restaurant. However even that area was SO loud. We had to yell to hear each other & the wait staff. Would work on the acoustics!

We enjoyed our dinner on our last evening in Quebec City. Our delicious & tasty veal dinners partnered with suitable wine choices & healthy fresh fruit desserts made for an enjoyable experience. A reservation for a Saturday evening was a must to reduce frustration. Last year, we had two dinners at Portofino when we were also in Quebec City. On our honeymoon in Quebec City over 20 years ago, we also have fond memories eating at Portofino. Well done! Keep up the great work! We look forward to coming back. Cheers, Sheila & John.
