We had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant over the weekend, sitting at a table by the window on the right side. The service was excellent-attentive & enjoyable. The drinks were outstanding.

However, the table next to us was positioned so closely that it completely blocked our access, with their chairs nearly touching our table. This made it difficult to get up without disturbing them, which was not ideal from a logistical standpoint.

The food, unfortunately, left much to be desired & was probably the least appealing aspect of our experience. The garlic bread with cheese lacked freshness, & the cheese was hard. The salad greens were nice, but the shrimp were the tiniest we had ever encountered. Given the price, it didn't feel worth it. As for the pizza, while the dough & sauce were good, the cheese had an odd taste & there was too much of it. After one bite, we left it untouched. The pasta with meatballs had a good sauce & pasta, but the meatballs were bland & lacked flavor.

Nous avions réservé chez Portofino pour célébrer notre anniversaire, mon conjoint & moi, & encore une fois, nous avons été plus que bien accueillis. Le service était impeccable. La nourriture était délicieuse, le tout servi rapidement & avec un rythme adapté à notre soirée. L'équipe est vraiment attentionnée aux détails, ils se sont assurés de rendre cette soirée encore plus spéciale. Encore mille fois merci !

Très belle place, avec service plus qu'adéquat (il est honnêtement impressionnant). L'ambiance est chaleureuse & la nourriture de bonne qualité. Je recommanderais sans hésiter.

We were travelling from Ontario. It was our small trip to Quebec & Montreal. We were looking for a good food places near us. We decided to try this restaurant. The place was little quite as we visited during lunch & it was not that busy at that time. The ambience was good & cozy. The food was delicious & portion size was good. They have good vegetarian options as well. Our host was Elissa (I apologize if I misspelled her name), she was a wonderful host. She took out good care, & made sure if we need anything. Overall the place is good & worth a try. I will 100% recommend this place.
