The quality of the food has certainly degraded. Ordered the steak. Came with a mountain of pasta, vegetables. The plate was very crowded. The steak was cooked well. Husband had a pizza that was raw in parts. My wine was soapy with bubbles in it. Service was ok but they seemed confused about who would be the waiter/waitress. Not going back. It's a shame. I used to like it.

Two nights in Old Quebec sightseeing & found Portofino night one for takeaway, so good we had to return to dine in. Amazing everything, a must eat experience.

These guys are fantastic. They were able to seat us quickly, just as soon as we entered. My wife's shrimp linguini had a good amount of shrimp, entree proportions were right sized, my carbonara was made exactly right. Music wasn't too loud allowing for everyone at our table to be able hear each other but not other patrons. The waiters were quick to deliver water to our table, take our plates away. There is ample staff to serve their guests properly. 5/5 experience.

Delicious food, prompt & friendly service. Our party of six was quickly seated & the food order was taken. All our dishes exceeded expectations. We really enjoyed the salad, cannelloni, fettuccine & pizzas. Loved Portofino!

Après plusieurs fois à expérimenter le Portofino. Mon expérience de ce soir avec Amélie, a été EXTRA!!! Mon chum & moi avons mangé comme des rois, bu à la hauteur de nos attentes & avons été servis mieux que jamais. Notre barmaid était aussi très gentille & à l'écoute, merci beaucoup à elle. Amélie, nous te remercions énormément de ta gentillesse & ta générosité durant la soirée! Tu as fait de notre souper un instant mémorable. Quelle belle âme ouverte d'esprit, drôle & adorable💗 Je l'adore!!!
