Great spot in the heart of Old Quebec City! The fazzoletti was excellent! Highly recommend if your craving authentic Italian! We'll have to come back & try the wood fired pizza.

Had the oddest experience at this restaurant tonight. Food was ok, service ok.Seated by the kitchen so it felt like being on a runway with servers zooming past us. Had made a reservation but felt we just got placed at an ok seat. Lovely family sat beside us with kids very well behaved. So the odd part was when we received our bill from our server. She said,' the family beside you paid way too much for their meal, it was part of our meal, followed by, oh they will never know. Here is your bill which has some of there items on it but I have made sure it equals out. So bad on all levels. What the the h…? No apologies. I felt bad for the young family. They are staying at same hotel as us & quite frankly feel ripped off. This server should be reprimanded for this egregious mistake! Not acceptable! So where is the management & whose eyes are in this. So not acceptable! Portofino do better! Have been here before , this visit was sub par !

WoW quelle belle expérience au Portovino du vieux-Québec! Les plats étaient délicieux & portions généreuses! Le serveur Juan ainsi que tous les autres étaient très attentionnés! Franchement, nous y retournerons c'est certain!!
