Bien que la nourriture fut excellente, le service a été horrible. Lorsque nous avons fait le choix de manger au comptoir Poulet rouge aux galeries, nous avons constaté qu'il y avait une longue file d'attente & nous étions prêts à attendre. Par contre, les employés étaient tellement stressés à nous servir qu'ils criaient par dessus la cliente qui était devant moi afin que je leur donne ma commande. Ils se passaient les bras les uns par-dessus les autres & toutes sortes d'ingrédients tombaient dans les bols. Nous n'avons eu aucun temps pour choisir nos ingrédients & nous nous sommes retrouvés avec des ingrédients non désirés dans nos bols. Ce fut une expérience très décevante!
