The food is very good, but the customer service is poor. It is overcrowded & noisy & the staff members do not really take time to serve each client properly. When we asked to put the chicken in a separate plate from rice they gave us a sour face. The African lady that was adding veggies was impatient & irritated, no smile. There is something to improve. Delicious food. Extremely noisy mall.

(English) The food at Poulet Rouge was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavourful & really well prepared. I got two chicken flavours & paid for extra chicken, but the amount I received was a letdown. The overall portion was good, but for paying extra, I expected more chicken. Aside from that, everything else was amazing & I'd definitely go back.

(French) La nourriture chez Poulet Rouge était absolument délicieuse. Tout était frais, savoureux & bien préparé. J'ai choisi deux saveurs de poulet & j'ai payé pour avoir du poulet en extra, mais la quantité reçue m'a déçu. La portion en général était bonne, mais pour un supplément, je m'attendais à avoir plus de poulet. À part ça, tout le reste était excellent & j'y retournerais.

Toujours excellent. Mais c'est étrange que le poulet bbq ne goûte plus comme avant. Il a perdu de son côté sucré très agréable. Il est devenu un peu épicé. Le service est toujours très rapide. Il ont toujours le sourire. Un endroit toujours agréable.
