The TONINO restaurant is becoming an essential destination in Quebec for Italian cuisine. You are welcomed by the young Chef Anthony Travaglini born in Italy, in Vasto.
Anthony comes from a farming family, where the land gives the richness of what is on his table. He is in touch with the countryside and all its wonders. He was barely 2 years old when, during tomato production, he couldn't help but jump into the basin full of tomato puree (it's his magic potion, he likes to drink it). Indeed he has the strength of Obelix! As a teenager, he puts pasta, canned tomatoes and olive oil in his backpack…because he is the one who cooks for his friends…
