J'aimais mieux la formule brunch comme la Cache à Maxime proposait avant. Cependant c'est très bon & le personnel très courtois.

Le petit déjeuner était décevant par rapport à l'image que je m'était faite. Le jambon cottage ne m'a pas plu. Il était coriace & avait beaucoup de gras.

Le restaurant est magnifique surtout avec ces banquettes & photos du petit garçon se promenant dans le vignoble. Les ris de veau & raviole de confit de canard excellent. Un bémol j'aurais aimé que mon steak soit un peut plus saignant & épais. L'onglet était délicieux.

Réellement, c'est un 4.5 !! Belle ambiance, beau restaurant! La nourriture était bonne & bien présentée. Très bon service général, quoique devenu un peu long vers le milieu du repas. Le seul vrai bémol .....il faisait trop froid dans le restaurant, ce qui empêchait de profiter totalement de l'endroit.

Excellente nourriture avec un service extraordinaire....cest le cas de le dire:" on est servi avec des gants blanc-"
Le seul petit hic à mon avis est le Cafe qui pourrait être à la hauteur de tout le reste qui mériterait 5etoiles.

Les chaises aurais besoin d'un rembourrage elle sont molles. Mon onglet de boeuf était très gouteux mais difficile à mastiquer. Le services était très bien, nous sommes très satisfait.
