Since its opening more than 40 years ago, its owner, Nicola Cortina, has never ceased to impress with his culinary creativity, his rigor for an exceptional service and his passion for the best wines in the world. Despite all its qualities, the Michelangelo offers an affordable menu with specialties to satisfy all epicureans. The different dishes go together perfectly, respecting the vision and traditions that have made the establishment famous, even beyond our borders.

Located in the Sainte-Foy sector, near the Pierre-Laporte and Quebec bridges, the establishment was awarded “True Italian restaurant outside Italy” by none other than the President of the Italian Republic.

L'ambiance est superbe! J'ai pris le repas d'agnoletti farcis au veau, sauce champignons & pancetta. Les cubes de pancetta n'étaient que du gras, ce qui m'a beaucoup déçu sur le plat.

J'ai commandé une escalope de veau parmigiana accompagnee de pâtes. J'aurais apprécié plus de pâtes & moins de chou-fleur & autres légumes. Mais tout le reste était excellent.

Ce n'était pas spécifie le prix de l'eau gazeuse, plusieurs serveurs différents venaient nous voir aux 5 minutes. C'était un peu trop intense! Si non bon service

Le service & la nourriture étaient tres bien. On a oublie de nous amener le pain que nous avions commande ( même après avoir demandé a deux reprises) j'ai demander de le faire enlever de l'addition & ils se son ploiement excuser de ce contre temps. Rien de bien grave & notre experience a été très bien malgré ce petit contre-temps.
