Since its opening more than 40 years ago, its owner, Nicola Cortina, has never ceased to impress with his culinary creativity, his rigor for an exceptional service and his passion for the best wines in the world. Despite all its qualities, the Michelangelo offers an affordable menu with specialties to satisfy all epicureans. The different dishes go together perfectly, respecting the vision and traditions that have made the establishment famous, even beyond our borders.

Located in the Sainte-Foy sector, near the Pierre-Laporte and Quebec bridges, the establishment was awarded “True Italian restaurant outside Italy” by none other than the President of the Italian Republic.

C'est toujours une fête d'aller à ce restaurant. J'y vais depuis plus de 50 ans & je n'ai jamais été déçu. Nicolas & son équipe font un travail impressionnant pour que tout soit parfait. Je le recommande fortement!

Le restaurant est vraiment très beau à l'extérieur. L'intérieur m'a encore plus impressionné ! La décoration, le mobilier & la disposition de l'espace dégagent le luxe, le calme & toutes les places assurent l'intimité des convives. La nourriture était à la hauteur de nos attentes pour ce type de restaurant & nous y retournerons assurément. Seule déception : le dessert "canoli" la "coquille " n'avait pas la texture à laquelle je m'attendais, à mon goût c'était beaucoup trop dur, je n'ai pris qu'une bouchée & la personne qui m'accompagnait à aussi trouvé ça tellement dure qu'elle n'arrivait pas à croquer sans que tout s'écrase & se brise.
