Since its opening more than 40 years ago, its owner, Nicola Cortina, has never ceased to impress with his culinary creativity, his rigor for an exceptional service and his passion for the best wines in the world. Despite all its qualities, the Michelangelo offers an affordable menu with specialties to satisfy all epicureans. The different dishes go together perfectly, respecting the vision and traditions that have made the establishment famous, even beyond our borders.

Located in the Sainte-Foy sector, near the Pierre-Laporte and Quebec bridges, the establishment was awarded “True Italian restaurant outside Italy” by none other than the President of the Italian Republic.

Pour ma part le service était impeccable & la visite de la cave à vin aussi. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture mon entrée excellente & mon dessert aussi j'ai commandé du saumon comme plat principale & je n'ai pas été satisfaite du goût & il manquait de sauce. Sinon tout était parfait. Merci pour cette belle expérience.
