The Michelangelo is one of the most acclaimed tables in Quebec. Since its opening more than 40 years ago, its owner, Nicola Cortina, has never ceased to impress with his culinary creativity, his rigor for an exceptional service and his passion for the best wines in the world. Despite all its qualities, the Michelangelo offers an affordable menu with specialties to satisfy all epicureans. The different dishes go together perfectly, respecting the vision and traditions that have made the establishment famous, even beyond our borders.

Located in the Sainte-Foy sector, near the Pierre-Laporte and Quebec bridges, the establishment was awarded “True Italian restaurant outside Italy” by none other than the President of the Italian Republic.

Absolutely terrific experience. Came with husband to celebrate my birthday, very satisfied. Amazing food & top notch service. Every single plate was a piece of fine art. Absolutely planning to come back. Many thanks to the whole team for making my special day memorable.

Bonjour, l'entrée de Burrata etait excellente. Le spécial Veau était correct mais sans plus. Le Rocher, excellent. Les ris de veau étaient trop cuits. La crème brûlée etait liquide.
Ce n'est donc pas un WOW pour la nourriture. Mais le service était excellent.

Mon chum as manqué de casser une fente sur un morceau de coquille d'homard. selon moi & mon expérience culinaire ce n'est pas digne d'un grand restaurant.

La nourriture & l'ambiance étaient parfaites' mais j'avais demandé de faire quelque chose de spécial pour ma soeur qui prenait sa retraite, on m'avait assurée que ce serait souligné au dessert & aucun dessert pour elle ni feu de Bengale... J'étais déçu, car j'avais pris la peine de le souligner. J'ai même fait mettre des fleurs sur la table & les serveurs n'ont pas pris la peine de lui souhaiter une bonne retraite. La compensation, c'est que la nourriture était excellente.
