The Michelangelo is one of the most acclaimed tables in Quebec. Since its opening more than 40 years ago, its owner, Nicola Cortina, has never ceased to impress with his culinary creativity, his rigor for an exceptional service and his passion for the best wines in the world. Despite all its qualities, the Michelangelo offers an affordable menu with specialties to satisfy all epicureans. The different dishes go together perfectly, respecting the vision and traditions that have made the establishment famous, even beyond our borders.

Located in the Sainte-Foy sector, near the Pierre-Laporte and Quebec bridges, the establishment was awarded “True Italian restaurant outside Italy” by none other than the President of the Italian Republic.

Ion: salade César décrite avec anchois & câpres comme du temps où M. Cortina la préparait à la table! À la place, pas d'anchois, pas de câpres, un goût de salade sans nom. Décevant.

Plat beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité. La carte des vins pourraient avoir une section quelque peu plus abordable.
Je ne comprends pas de mettre des légumes vapeurs avec un pied de brocoli de 8cm dans une assiette de 42$...

Bonjour . Je crois qu'il est normal d'attendre dans un resto de ce niveau que le serveur qui arrive avec les assiettes ne cherchent pas à qui vont les plats . Ça fait st Hubert: à qui la cuisse ? La poitrine ? Nous étions 4 pas un gros groupe & même là pour un groupe , il s'agit juste de noter . ...Le service sous cet angle ça fait très moyen & n'est pas très personnalisé . Nous avons trouvé cela décevant : merci
