La.nourriture en général est bonne, l'ambiance aussi,, quoique on entendait à peine la musique dû aux serveuses qui parlent fort entre elles dans le coin cuisine. Ma grosse déception c'est le service. Notre serveuse, dont je vais taire le nom par respect, était beaucoup mais beaucoup trop pressée, elle coure, on n'a pas le temps de dire ce qu'on veut oupss! elle est partie. 2 adultes 2 enfants elle nous qpporte un seul verre d'eau, les jus de pomme des enfants on lui avait dit de les rapporter juste au moment où la nourriture arrive, elle a oublié, les petites lingettes humides il faut en demander sinon on n'en apporte pas. Le festin des fêtes que ma conjointe avait pris, la serveuse allait oublier qu'un dessert est inclus, une chance que ma conjointe y a pensé ! Le service c'est 1 étoile seulement. Énormément d'amélioration à faire, je pense qu'on forme les serveuses en leur disant de courir.. Erreur il faut faire exactement le contraire : prendre son temps de bien écouter & servir les clients. On va prendre une petite pause avant d'y retourner. N.B. j'ai quand même donner le 15% de pourboire pour éviter de me sentir mal pour la pauvre serveuse.

Service lent, nous avons attendu 45 minutes avant de recevoir nos plats.
Par contre les serveuses couraient dans le resto... problème en cuisine?
Les plats semblaient ne pas sortir des cuisines.
On s'est trompé de plus dans ma commande mais la serveuse a pu faire le changement rapide.
