Staff were more annoyed, but not sure why. Maybe I was annoying? Wine more dry, which is not a bad thing. I actually loved the drier wines.

The wine was delicious. The views were incredible. Very comfortable atmosphere. You can walk through the vineyards. The whole place was just beautiful. Lots of seating & easy to relax & kick back!

Un très beau vignoble pour une dégustation de vins ou une bouteille à l'extérieur avec une superbe vue sur la chute. Les vins sont déjà assez bons bien que le vignoble soit assez récent.

Nous avons passé un trés bon moment avec la patronne qui, malgré ses engagements vers ses enfants, nous a présenté les méthodes de travail du raisin avec passion (pineau Gris, Frontenac Blanc, Acadie Blanc), la formation en Alsace, ses difficultés locales (saisons courtes), peu de traitement (temp basse). A travers un cadre chaleureux & charmant (Chutes Montmorecy), la propriété dévoile un terroir riche (variétes types de sols). Nous avons hâte de refaire ce voyage afin d'éveiller nos papilles pour le vin de garde futur vieillis en fux...
