Il y a un moment, je n'avais pas fréquenté le Stratos de Charlesbourg en raison d'un service médiocre. Récemment, j'ai découvert qu'il y avait de nouveaux propriétaires, alors j'ai décidé de revenir pour voir si le service s'était amélioré. Quelle agréable surprise ! Le personnel était très accueillant & dévoué, le service était excellent, & la pizza était délicieuse. J'ai même eu l'occasion de rencontrer l'un des nouveaux propriétaires, & son attitude positive était vraiment inspirante. Bravo à eux !

I was surprised to learn that the restaurant was under new management. A bit septic I wanted to try it out. Daily menu was well varied & prices were more than reasonable so we tried those. The quality of the dishes was super fresh, super tasty & it was a pleasure to eat. They are super accommodating, & they really surprised us with the size of the meal. Everything was terrific. The freshness is a must for me, & it was all there! Brava! You need to try this place!

Dans l'ensemble c bien , le menu a bcq de choix , dans l'idéal , le sous-marin au steaks , manquait de steaks & la poutine de fromage ! Service & ambiance correct , les prix sont raisonnables @
