Très, très déçue par le professionnalisme & le service à la clientèle. Hier, ma fille commande deux 10 morceaux. Un pour elle en spécifiant qu'elle est allergique aux fruits de mer & un pour moi. En ouvrant sa boîte identifiée « allergie » & « bébé à bord », elle constate que sa boîte contient des crevettes & du crabe. Elle communique avec eux & on lui répond qu'elle a du inverser les boites. Ce qui n'est pas le cas. On lui suggère de prendre ma boîte qui contient du thon & du saumon crus ce qui ne serait vraiment pas recommandé s'il y avait eu un bébé à bord. C'est ce que nous avons cependant fait. Je suis repassé à la succursale après-midi pour les sensibiliser à l'importance & aux conséquences d'erreurs relativement aux allergies ou pour les femmes enceintes. Réponse: je comprends, ce n'est pas de ma faute, je ne travaillais pas hier.

Très déçu de notre expérience. Les sushis n'était pas frais. Nous avions indiqué une allergie & l'aliment se trouvait dans presque tous les morceaux. Il évident que les makifolie du dimanche sont fait d'avance. Ceux que nous avions demandé sur mesure était beaucoup plus frais.
