Bonjour,
Vraiment déçu de ma dernière expérience.
J'ai écrit dans ma réservation que c'est un anniversaire de ma conjointe.
En plus j'étais aller les voir pour avoir l'ok de ramener un gâteau personnalisé.
Je suis revenu après une heure & j'ai parlé avec le directeur & je lui ai donné le gâteau. Le soir ils ont oublié mon gâteau & mon ramener un morceau de leur gâteau & c'était à la fin après une longue attente & après que j'ai demandé le paiement.
Vraiment très déçu.
Aucun anniversaire ne sera chez sushix

J'ai payé bcp trop cher pour la petite quantité de sushis. Franchement, c'est de l'arnaque votre affaire.

The decor is quite nice, & they have a nice touch with a unique service experience. As you enter the restaurant, you’ll notice a type of yellow box when you press on the top, the colour changes to blue which notifies the staff with a quiet notification. It’s almost like the use of a doorbell, but much quieter & subtle. They have a good selection of wine & beers on tap. As for the food menu, you can order sushi rolls, sashimi, maki & the usual types of sushi’s. They also have non-sushi items such as wonton soup, tempura shrimp, popcorn chicken, imperial roles & spring rolls. The service was quite good. We also really liked the ambience.

This was our first time as a family of 4 (2 adults & 4 minor children) at this restaurant. The reservation was for 5:30. We were seated immediately. The restaurant was pretty empty, especially since this was an early dinner with kids. We deliberately chose this time expecting the service to be quick before the dinner rush. The ambiance & food were good, but the service was poor. It started from beginning to end. We ordered drinks, appetizers & sushi all at once. First, the bottle of saké we ordered was the wrong one, even though there are only 3 choices on the menu & it is hard to confuse. The appetizers came quickly & with two small children we were happy at first thinking that the sushi would be the same. However, this was not the case. We waited 50 minutes for the sushi to arrive. My husband, who is a chef, noticed that the manager was very nervous & worried about the slow service as he stood at the kitchen window several times waiting for the food. When the sushi finally arrived, my husband asked the waitress why there was such a delay, & she replied that it was simply due to the time & day. Again, we definitely like the ambiance & the food, but probably won't go back because of the delay in service. This comment is kept in mind that my husband works in this industry (kitchen) & is fully aware of the lack of workers to fill kitchen & hospitality positions.

Première visite peu convaincante. Le service a été très long, on avait l'impression de déranger notre serveuse, la musique était beaucoup trop forte, au point où on avait de la misère à parler sans hausser le ton, & les sushis frits & sushi pizza étaient fades & froids.
