Grande variétés de commerce, boutique. Différentes une des autres. Donnant une multitude de choix pour magasiner. Pareillement pour le coins de la restauration, un choix de 10 restaurants de saveur différente peut vous aidez a faire une choix judicieux.

Il y a du stationnement, beaucoup de boutiques, un cinéma, un espace restaurant, de gros magasins. En fait c'est le plus gros centre d'achat de la région Saguenay lac St-Jean. Il y a de tout & on peut presque y passer la journée sans s'en rendre compte. Le seul point négatif est que lors des journées achalandées c'est vraiment très achalandé & presque invivable.
