J'ai pu gouter a deux poutines so jvais le séparé mais mention special au hot dog pain de viande qui était comme un michigan mais avec des + gros chunks de viande tendre, c'était bcp trop taste!

Poutine #1, La Galvaude. 7/10
Pour ceuses qui savent pas c'est quoi, c'est une poutine au poulet avec petit pois, très présent dans la région de quebec mais moin populaire ici a montreal. La quantitée de viande/fromage était spot on, aucune bouchée que c'était juste des frites sauces.

Poutine #2, La speciale 6/10
Boeuf haché, oignons, un classique. RIen vraiment a dire, elle était plus petite que ma galvaude so elle a refroidie plus vite

Les frites : 9/10
Insane. Perfect size, crispy a l'exterieure mais mou/fondant en dedans, même l'amount dans le bol était nickel t'en avais pas 3 fois plus que tout le reste.

Le fromage : 7/10
Squiky. good amount mais j'en aurais pris plus. Le gout était bon, je suis pas mal sur qu'il vien de la fromagerie d'Alexis-de-Portneuf qui est legit au coin dla rue quasiment. Le feeling & gout étaient la mais tbh jai preferer le cheese du Alfa

La sauce: 10/10
Honestly jpense que c'est la meilleure sauce que jai eu dans une poutine (sauce classique, je parle pas des sauces italiennes ou fancy style au cari du McKibbins). Poivrée, onctueuse mais pas trop grasse, salée on point, brulante. Ca collais aux frites so y avais pas un pool de sauce dans le fond, meme mon restant réchauffé a goutais bonne (alors que le reste était rendu meh). Si javais pu acheter un pot de sauce only jpense jlaurais fait.

Overall 9/10, next time jdemande extra cheese mais avec la variante pain de viande, le mix serais completement fou
