Vraiment super déçue 😔 Première tentative avec leur application vu toutes les publicités. J'ai passer une commande a 16h57 pour 17h45 pour emporter. Je suis arrivé à 17h40 & j'ai attendu jusqu'à 18h10 alors que d'autres commande en ligne prévues pour plus tard sont partis avant moi (nous en avons discuté entre clients). Ne commandez pas en ligne, ça ne vaut vraiment pas la peine!

Je crois que ce n'est pas très compliquer de mettre de sel & du ketchups dans un sac !

Sérieux 2 fois en 2 semaines que je viens au service au volant & que je commande une grande frite familiale avec sachet de ketchups & de sel & 2 fois que je reçois de la mayonnaise à la place & pas de sel !!!!

3 articles dans ma commande : 1 frite , du sel & du ketchups ! Sérieux & 2 erreurs à chaque fois il me semble que ma commande est pas compliqué !

Ce qui me fâche le plus ! J'ai laissé du pourboire les 2 fois & les 2 fois en me donnant mon sac j'ai demandé avez vous vérifier pour le ketchups & le sel & on me dit oui tout es beau !

Ne commandez pas en ligne, c'est une énorme perte de temps. Je commande une bébé avec saucisse, rien de bien compliqué. Ça me dit que se sera prêt à 12:25. J'aurais finalement eu ma poutine à 12:40! J'ai passé ma commande en avance pour ne pas attendre, mais grosse perte de temps finalement! J'aurais du prendre le service au volant ! C'est dommage d'être considéré un restaurant rapide & d'avoir sa poutine 25 minutes après avoir commandé !

This is a popular burger spot in the Quebec City area that we discovered last year. The Ashton burger is delicious for a fast food type of burger; there's something about the seasoning! I can't speak to any of the other items on the menu but the locations we have seen always look quite busy so I can imagine that the other options are quite good too. Hopefully one day the chain will make it's way west towards Montreal & maybe into Ontario but for now, it's only a Quebec City find!

Le sandwich au rosbif assez ordinaire.
Ashton n'est plus ce qu'il était. Pas certain que nous y retournerons.
