Located in a very quaint area. We were seated right away. Although my French is limited, the server was very welcoming & explained that the menu was in French but explained it throughly. Surprisingly upon entering is the huge brick wood burning oven that's pumping out freshly baked sesame seed bagels. I ordered the l'aissette brunch. It came with all the meats (bacon, sausage, capres, pulled pork - yes, pulled pork!). My wife had the smoked salmon benedict. All breakfast platters come with their signature bagel & a dollop of cream cheese aka schmear. Included with the meal was refilable filtered coffee.
The ambience is rustic. Menu was drawn out in chalk above. Everything was made fresh. Sorry, no pictures taken because the food was too good.
Repas délicieux mais le service inégal. On me sert mon bagel sans ustensiles, un seul verre d'eau & les voisins de la table d'à côté renverse leur verre. j'ai dû leur donner des napkins pour essuyer leur dégâts. La serveuse n'est jamais venue les voir. 0% de pourboire .
S'il y a Tant de Monde, C'est évidemment :=) Pour 1 Très Bonne Raison... N'est-ce Pas !!! Alors ,

* Depuis 2015 dans ce nouvel établissement, offre à tous ses fidèles clients un local chaleureux où l'on peut passer un bon moment & déguster des bagels fraîchement sortis du four.
* Des bagels fraîchement pressés tout juste , sortis du four ... WoW ... c'est tellement agréable les gars ! & ce n'est pas tout + Ils sont vraiment succulents & chauds ...ils arrivent directement à votre table ;-)

Quel bel endroit chaleureux. Bagel fait sur place au feu de bois. Ambiance de chalet.
Les déjeuners sont délicieux & servis chauds. J'ai choisi les oeufs bénédictines à Dann, tout simplement délicieux, recommandé. Le café est excellent, du vrai bon café qui n'à rien à envier aux spécialistes du café. J'ai été conquis.
Je vais y revenir assurément.
Not sure how anyone could rate this place below 4 stars! We spent the morning at the Nord spa down the road then came here to get fill of food & coffee! Great place to eat, the smell when you walk in gets the juices flowing! Service very friendly & quick. The food tasted amazing & good selection to choose from. Loved the large bagel oven!
Mon expérience à moi s'est déroulée vendredi le 28 février 2025 vers 9 h 15.
Points positifs: la nourriture est très bien surtout les bagels.
Points négatifs: À notre arrivée (2 personnes), il y avait quelques tables à 2 & à 4 de disponibles & certaines d'entre-elles (tables à 4) étaient déjà occupées par une seule personne. Donc, je demande poliment à la jeune serveuse de nous permettre de s'asseoir à une table à 4, car nous avions un sac à dos de randonnée. Elle me répond qu'elle les gardent pour des groupes & exige qu'on prenne une table à 2. Pourtant, 2 tables à 4 étaient occupées par une seule personne au même moment de se faire servir. De plus, à peine 10 minutes plus tard, la table à 4 qu'elle nous avait refusée à notre arrivée, elle la remet à 2 personnes. Bref, j'ai vraiment trouvé la serveuse insignifiante par son attitude de deux poids, deux mesures. Également, si elle vous sert, vous aurez à lui redemander du café lorsque votre tasse sera vide car elle ne prend aucune initiative à remplir votre tasse. Bref, je n'ai aucune patience à me faire niaiser par une insignifiante. Je confirme que je lui ai remis aucun pourboire par son attitude. Assume maintenant jeune impertinente ! 😁
