Je suis allé à plusieurs reprises cet été au restaurant du Lac Beauport & nous avons toujours été très satisfaits du service & de la nourriture.
Hier avec une amie nous sommes allés à votre autre succursale. Nous avons été très déçu par le service. On s'est sentis poussé tout au long de notre présence

Groupe de 8 personnes nous sommes allés déjeuner samedi le 15/08/2020. La nourriture était correct par contre le service a été médiocre du début à la fin: manque d'ustensiles, de café, le pain n'était pas celui demandé ( attente de 15 minutes pour ravoir les rôties) & le comble dans tout cela c est que les serveuses jasais avec l'hôtesse & ne se souciais pas de nous. Par bonheur une gentille personne qui travaillais plus loin est venue nous voir :" Ce n'est pas ma section mais je vais vous offrir mon aide." Je la remercie grandement. Je vais retourner au Batifol du Lac Beauport mais dorénavant vous n'aurez plus ma clientèle ni celui de mes amis.
