Excellent resto. Petits déjeuners exquis qui sortent de l'ordinaire (bénédictines au tartare de saumon). Le service est très courtois & le personnel est aux petits soins. J'y retournerai c'est sûr. Je recommande vivement!

Bon service & bonne bouffe. Les oeufs Bénédictine au boudin biologique était super bon. La sauce hollandaise était lisse, crémeuse & savoureuse. Mais le meilleur était la cuisson des oeufs pochés - parfaitement MOLLET. Le jaune était coulant & le blanc était cuit juste à point.

D'autres parmi nous on pris les 5 crêpes 🥞 au sucre d'érable. En fait c'est une sauce au sucre d'érable, un peu crémeuse & coulante. Les crêpes sont petite donc prenez en 5, la sauce était abondante avec des quartiers d'oranges & se pamplemousse.

Mes compliments à l'équipe de cuisine. Nous y retournerons.
