Tellement une belle expérience! Le service était incroyable, très rapide & le personnel souriant & courtois. Les repas étaient délicieux ainsi que nos boissons! L'ambiance est super on a vraiment aimé l'ensemble de notre expérience on va y retourner c'est certain!

Je suis allé vendredi le 25 avril voir le match des Canadiens avec famille & enfants!!!! Je comprends que le service est lent en début de match 40 min pour avoir ma bière!!! plus la soirée avance ça ne s'améliore pas du tout! Je commande à l'entracte entre la 2 & la 3Ième période un burger & une autre bière, la serveuse me dit que se sera beaucoup plus rapide!!!! À 4 min de la fin du match je retourne la voir pour lui mentionner que je n'ai toujours rien reçu! À la fin du match j'annule la bière & le burger car toujours pas reçu, & je lui mentionne que je veux ma facture que nous sommes avec des enfants. Un jeune garçon vient me porter la bière 15 min plus tard & je lui mentionne que je l'ai annulée, il me dit TU L'as COMMANDÉ TU VAS LA PRENDRE!!!! & la pour la première fois je lève le ton il me réplique de ne pas lui parlé de cette manière. Nous avons été les derniers a payer la facture en plus!!! Ma dernière fois à vie. & c'est la première fois que je rédige un avis négatif de ma vie. je leur souhaite de s'améliorer.

L'ambiance fut bonne pour un soir de match en séries éliminatoires de hockey, quoi qu'il y a eu plusieurs erreurs au niveau technique pour l'écran géant & le son du match/musique d'ambiance...

La nourriture était bonne, la sortie de la cuisine fut rapide une fois la commande envoyée

Point de vue du service, je ne sais pas si notre serveuse était nouvelle dans le métier &/ou l'établissement, mais elle a nous a oubliés à plusieurs reprises dans ses rondes de service, privilégiant 2 groupes qui étaient tout près de nous. Nous étions ses'3 clients'. Nous avons attendu près de 1h30 pour enfin pouvoir donner notre commande de repas, & la 2e livraison des breuvages fut très longue, ce qui fut très décevant.
