Nous étions 4 personnes.

Le système de réservation bloquait les plages entre 17h30 & 19h30. Nous avons donc réservé à 19h30, alors que le restaurant était occupé à environ 25 % à notre arrivée. Il y avait clairement de la place plus tôt.

Le service était courtois, mais plusieurs erreurs dans la livraison des plats ont démontré un manque de coordination.

Les tartares étaient très chargés en sauce, la crème brûlée tiède & sans relief. Pour le niveau de prix, la qualité n'était pas au rendez-vous.

Le restaurant se positionne comme un resto-bar de type pub-grill, mais l'exécution ne correspond pas aux attentes. Un restaurant existe par la valeur qu'il crée pour ses clients. Lors de notre visite, cette valeur n'était pas au rendez-vous.

Très belle expérience. Beaucoup d'écran pour regarder le match d'hockey. Service était excellent. Nous avons pris le duo de tartare qui était très bon. J'y retournerai bientôt c'est sûr 😀

Le Blaxton a été une bonne surprise, ça a bien dépanné un samedi. Restaurant/bar sympathique. L'accueil était chaleureux & efficace ! La cuisine semble être vraiment très bonne pour ce qui est des viandes, le tartare était très bon !
Mais pour le prix, je me serais attendu à une meilleure qualité des accompagnements. Par exemple, les frites étaient un peu froides, un peu fades & elles étaient collées les unes aux autres, c'est un peu dommage. Mais l'expérience reste réussie.

j'ai demandé un steak pittsburg qui est sensé etre saignant
je l'ai demandé le plus'bleu' possible, j''ai eu un steack medium avec une croute bien brulé de chaque cote
