Le Blaxton a été une bonne surprise, ça a bien dépanné un samedi. Restaurant/bar sympathique. L'accueil était chaleureux & efficace ! La cuisine semble être vraiment très bonne pour ce qui est des viandes, le tartare était très bon !
Mais pour le prix, je me serais attendu à une meilleure qualité des accompagnements. Par exemple, les frites étaient un peu froides, un peu fades & elles étaient collées les unes aux autres, c'est un peu dommage. Mais l'expérience reste réussie.

l'entrée de tartare de saumon est excellente
le service est excellent
j'ai demandé un steak pittsburg qui est sensé etre saignant
je l'ai demandé le plus'bleu' possible, j''ai eu un steack medium avec une croute bien brulé de chaque cote

Très grand & beau restaurant. Menu adapté au groupe que nous étions. Service rapide & efficace dédié à notre groupe. Tout le monde a été servis en même temps à quelques minutes près.
