Aucune excuse, aucune tentative de dédommagement, rien. Juste un'au moins vous l'avez mieux pris que la cuisine'. lol

Je suis habitué dans ce genre d'endroit. Le service a été extrêmement long. La serveuse est même venue s'excuser des délais. & cinq personnes ont reçu leur repas & nous au moins 10 minutes plus tard.
Par respect, les autres nous attendaient.
Le repas était bon, mais les frites , même après 10 min de retard étaient pas assez cuites , jaune pâle & très milles.
À la fin nous avons dû aller leur demander d'avoir nos factures ( même après le refus de dessert & café). Lorsque mon conjoint est allé à la salle de bain, Elle était sur son cellulaire.
Quand il est retourné pour lui demander les factures, elle était encore sur son cellulaire, & nous a répondu : désolé mes collègues m'ont pas dit vous étiez prêts à payer.
Le restaurant était loin d'être plein. Même que nous trouvions que c'était vide.
Disons que les groupes s'est terminé pour le blaxon de St-Romuald.
Great atmosphere & very good service. Waiter & head waiter came several time to make sure all was good.
The fish & chip was good but the burger meat not that great. I didn't mention anything because everyone was so nice & I didn't want to spoil the ambiance.
The presentations of the food were very good!
Overall, I will go back!!!

Our evening got off to a disappointing start when our server informed us that the only cider listed on the drink menu was unavailable because it was on back order. However, we would recommend the Chic-shake.
We started with the calamari, which is our go-to appetizer whenever it's on the menu. Unfortunately, this was some of the smallest calamari we've ever been served. The rings were tiny-most no larger than a nickel. The highlight of the dish was the tequila sour cream, which helped balance the greasiness.
Next came the Margherita pizza. We had to send it back because the dough was still raw in the centre. While the tomato sauce had great flavour, the replacement pizza was only slightly better. It seemed as though the oven wasn't hot enough. Despite being a thin-crust pizza, it lacked any crispness & was barely browned.
The standout of the meal was the Blaxton Burger. The Angus beef patty was cooked perfectly & topped with bacon, tomato, & lettuce, making it easily the best item we ordered.
To the restaurant's credit, the service was friendly & professional. We weren't charged for the pizza, & the staff later explained they had been experiencing problems with their oven. That gesture was appreciated, but the overall dining experience still fell well short of expectations.
Excellent restaurant! J'y suis allée à plusieurs reprises, pour souper de fête, entre amis, tête à tête ou juste se faire plaisir! C'est restaurant est un incontournable pour sa nourriture aussi excellente que parfaitement adaptée visuellement! Mais il ne faut pas vous attendre à un restaurant à 40$ pour 2 personnes. Nous avons pris, 1 coupe de vin, 1 mocktail, 2 carpachios en entrée, 1 assiette steak & une tartare de saumon, sans dessert & ça a coûté 200$ pour deux. Mais quand on veut se faire plaisir, c'est un très bel endroit. Le service, j'ai noté moins haut, car ça dépend de la serveuse. 🫤 On en a eu des bonnes, on était aux petits soins, & des moins attentives aux clients.
