2nd visit here within a month. First time, arrived at 9 pm, so wasn't too busy. This 2nd time, arrived at 7 pm on a Saturday night, right at dinner time.
As we entered the restaurant, there were 3 ladies standing at the front. None of them greeted us. Only after a few minutes, one of them asked'do you want to sit at the bar, or the restaurant'. I pointed at the bar.
It seems like our server was the bartender as well, because they prioritized making the drinks for the rest of the customers. They didn't provide glasses of water when we sat down. We had to ask for the water twice; finally got them AFTER our meals arrived. But they did give us our alcohol drinks right away.
It was also hard to catch our server to order more drinks. Also, it took them a while to provide us with the bill. We even used that mini tablet on the table to request for the bill. They chose to make more drinks for other customers first, AFTER confirming with us that we would like the bill.
I understand it might be a bit busy for the staff, but maybe the restaurant management should arrange more servers working during the weekend.

Let's go through things in order. 1). Our table looked clean but the surface was sticky. Maybe it's time to change the cleaning cloth. 2) While I appreciate that a portion of this is a sports bar (we sat on the restaurant side) it was a little surprised that our server was wearing a black T-shirt & gym shorts. I guess the dress code for staff is'casual' this seemed a little far for me. 3) My wife had pizza which she said was very good. I had fried chicken wings which were also good. On the not so good side my wings came with two servings of the same sauce. I ordered 3 different sauces. I did get the missing sauces, though it didn't really matter as they weren't very good (pineapple habanero & hot, which was really just a cayenne sauce). Overall an okay dinner experience
J'ai été dernièrement avec mon copain. Nous avons bien aimé notre passage. On était au côté bar mais seule point négatif, il faisait froid comme s'il avait l'air climatisé. J'avais ma veste mais j'avais froid tout de même. Surtout l'hiver, c'est moins plaisant. Mettre plus de chauffage serait bien.
Nous avons eu un bon service.

Étant client régulier depuis près de 10ans, je viens ici avec ma famille & mes ami(e)s à quasi tous les 3 à 4 semaines, le service s'est malheureusement dégradé avec les années... Les jeunes qui y travaillent depuis environ 2 ans manquent un peu de sourire & semble un peu plus dans leurs bulles donc service long & beaucoup d'oublies... (by the way je suis assez jeune moi aussi donc je suis pas dans le jugement ou autre, j'ai 35ans). La meilleure serveuse étant Guylaine qui grâce à elle particulièrement, le restaurant fonctionne bien (je ne la vois plus depuis un certain temps, j'espère qu'elle y est toujours..!) Sinon l'ambiance en général est très bien, la bouffe est toujours incroyablement bonne, meilleur ici que les autres Boston personnellement..! Une chose qui est problématique également, l'air climatisée du côté bar fonctionne bien, mais du côté lounge est déficiente, ce qui fait qu'il fait toujours très chaud. Ce problème dates depuis quelques années..!
Bref, si vous voulez de l'excellente bouffe, venez ici sans hésiter! Parcontre, ne soyez pas trop pressés & ne soyez pas surpris de voir des jeunes sur leurs téléphones (ça fait plusieurs fois que je vois ça aller...) & ne venez pas habillé trop chaud...!
