This is the only café in Quebec City that satisfies all my criteria: - Good espresso (allongé) - Comfortable seating in spacious environment (virtually no students hoarding the place) - Amicable service workers (baristas, etc.) I love the U-shaped corner seat in particular. Because this shop is in industrial area, there is not usually a lot of people at the same time, which allows me thoroughly enjoy this quiet café from time to time, whenever I need break from the monotony of my own (still brilliant) home-office. A change in environment can shift one's thoughts & ideas. I've only tried the coffee here, so cannot comment on the food.
