Magnifique petit café où il fait bon vivre. Petite musique d'ambiance qui accompagne le tout.

En avez-vous plus que marre d'entendre partout - absolument partout, dans les aires publiques & commerciales - que de la chanson anglo-saxonne; comme si le citoyen-type québécois n'était qu'un/e « teenager » de Chicago, de San Francisco, de Toronto...?

Ou de Parisss...
Capitale, comme chacun sait, des United Departments of France.

Eh bien voici un endroit privilégié où l'on respecte la francienne culture chansonnière. De qualité.

Vigneault, Georges Dor, Pauline Julien, Beau Dommage, Harmonium... & même Brel & Ferré (!). Rien ne nous a été épargné pour nous « forcer » à plier les genoux, cet après-midi du 20 juin 2019, en ces lieux délicieux du 1362 du Chemin Ste-Foy, en Capitale nationale du pays de Félix Leclerc.

Véritable oasis dans la médiocrité ambiante, & tous azimuts, de notre temps...

Bref -.

Excellent café (vraiment !), service impeccable d'un jeune étudiant prénommé Fabien, qui, à l'évidence, comprend que le Monde n'est pas né le jour de « sa » naissance (on n'est pas dans l'univers des Lili Boisvert, des Marc Cassivi ou des «E»milie Nicolas, si vous voyez ce que je veux dire) & ambiance musicale incomparable. & qui plus est, des prix réellement compétitifs en regard à la concurrence. j'ai même eu droit à une carte fidélité? Fiou.

Merci, Café Follia, pour ce moment d'intelligence culturelle.

Ils sont devenus trop rares dans notre non-pays, ces moments, pour ne pas les signaler haut & fort.
