D'habitude j'ai un super service, sauf avec la gérante. Elle est bête & froide. De plus, je suis arrivée ce AM & tous les bancs étaient encore sur les tables, peu invitant.

Nice enough staff but poor quality food & beverage. My cappuccino (see photo for proof) was a cup of mostly lukewarm milk. The croissant was all squishy & the jam had sugar crystals in it & was inedible. Really poor quality compared to other locations of this chain. Disappointed.
