J'ai eu des expériences désagréables, limite racistes avec le service client dans ce café. J'ai eu l'impression de me faire prendre de haut & pas très au sérieux quand je passais commande. Je ne sais pas si c'est dû au fait qu'il y ait beaucoup de nécessiteux & de sdf dans le secteur & que donc ils finissent par faire des jugements hâtifs expéditifs mais ce n'est pas la première fois que ça m'arrive avec eux. On m'a aussi clairement demandé un jour de quitter les lieux alors que je travaillais sur mon mac & que j'avais pris du latte 1h avant. Ils sont plein de clichés, de préjugés & certains d'entre leurs serveurs sont limite racistes. Si vous êtes une minorité visible, attendez vous à être souvent surpris dans le mauvais sens & déçu dans ce café.

Excellent café pour les lattes, surtout les iced lattes qui sont toujours réussis.
Chaque fois que je passe à Québec, j'essaie d'y arrêter. Très belle ambiance aussi.

listen to me. that pina colada donut was the most heavenly thing in the world. I like tea but if i ever do order it i get it as a latte, this time I just got the oolong & it was the best thing ever. DO RECOMMEND

The matcha latté was not good. It tasted like weird milk. Don't get it.
Otherwise, croissants were 🔥🔥🔥. Get them.
