Très mauvaise expérience. Je suis entrée pour prendre un café & je suis d'abord allée aux toilettes pour me laver les mains. En sortant, le barista m'a reproché de ne pas lui avoir remis la clé directement dans la main, alors qu'elle était attachée à une lanière qui m'a semblé sale & qu'il était en train de manipuler du lait & de préparer des boissons. Par souci d'hygiène, j'ai préféré la déposer sur la table.

Il m'a alors parlé de manière très désagréable, en me faisant la leçon sur le bon sens . Une employée est ensuite intervenue de façon tout aussi agressive pour me demander de partir. Je n'ai même pas pu commander mon café.

Très mauvaise façon de traiter les clients. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Very nice eatery in the heart of Quebec City. So convenient for any types of choices. Breakfast, brunch, lunch… love it. As well, a great location under the Hotel Pur at the corner of Rue Saint-Joseph & Rue de la Couronne. Plus , truly enjoying my little French dialogue with the serving crew. Reasonable price for most of menus. A thumbs up 👍🏻

Service impeccable, ambiance chaleureuse & café toujours parfait - c'est devenu mon arrêt incontournable du matin avec mon collègue. On s'y sent accueilli, respecté, presque choyé.
&… comment dire… le propriétaire a un charme qui donne envie de revenir même quand on n'a plus soif. Disons simplement que son sourire a un effet secondaire que le menu n'affiche pas.
