Unfortunately, I don't think it lived up to the hype. There was a very long line, the area was extremely crowded, & there was little to no parking, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.
The poutine itself was okay, but nothing that really stood out compared with what you can get at many other places around Quebec. For us, it just wasn't worth the drive, the wait, or the hassle for the food we received.
One of the best places to eat in Quebec. Everything, from the lobster roll, to the burger, to the poutine, is fresh, delicious, flavourful, & the portions are generous. I went here twice & wont forget the amazing food!

Etant habitué a aller manger minimum une poutine au homard par année, celle de cette année m'a malheureusement déçu. On dirait que la recette de la bisque (utilisé comme sauce de la poutine) a changé. Elle est rendu fade & goûte pu grand chose. Dommage, je me demande si c est a cause qu'il on changé leur procédé de production dû au fait qu'ils ont plusieurs cantine maintenant... 🤷
Beaucoup de homard dans la poutine & la guedille, bien qu'elle a beaucoup de salade, la quantité de homard placé sur le dessus, etait suffisante & elle était excellente. Le calmar & sa mayo, très bon.

Non pas vraiment pour moi. Une grande cour pour mangé avec comme vue le derrière des bâtiments. Le Hamburger est excellant, mais la poutine non. Ne demandé pas pas un hamburger de base pour un enfant, ils vont juste vous facturer le prix complet d'un gros hamburger & enlever ce qu'il y a de trop. Le service est quand même rapide & courtois. Il y avait beaucoup d'ado qui faisait la cuisine tous à son poste. Le gros bémol & les plat fournis. Ils étaient taché de sauce & nourriture. Il y avait beaucoup de monde & l'attente peut être longue.
Super bonne poutine, fromage en grains frais - frites de cantine cuite a la perfectionnement - sauce bbq délicieuse.

J'ai fait une méga commande pour 12 personnes, près de 500 de guedilles au homard, au poulpe, des poutines classiques, des poutines au homard, aux crevettes de Matane, & dieu sait quoi d'autre
& en attendant ma commande à la fenêtre,
Apres une file qui peut effrayer à première vue (mais ça va vite tu comprendras en lisant la suite)

Toute la cuisine applaudit de fierté. & moi aussi j'applaudis de l'autre côté de la fenêtre devant les clients. Tellement fière de ces jeunes, d'une business locale qui livre du goût, de la qualité, & du service plus rapide qu'une commande Mcdo pour 2 personnes
