We arrived in Quebec City & decided to try this place for dinner.. overall this place has so many drinks menu. The food is just OK. The pad seew was hard to chew, we asked them to recook & still same. Maybe that's the preference of locals here.. pad Thai was much better. Fried chicken was OK. I love banh xeo,, the price is moderate pricey. Staff is very friendly. They didn't charge the pad seew at the end. Hope they can improve next time

Une des meilleures adresses à Québec. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, super service & ambiance. Les cocktails sont toujours à point & le pad thaï est succulent.

Some of the best drinks - definitely worth the trek out of the tourist zone. Well-deserving of their Top 100 status. Food-wise, the papaya salad blew us away. Bao were very good. Pad Thai was the only dish that fell very flat of the vegan options we tried. Recommend adding chili crisp to the nam jim & extra lime to help balance the sweetness.

Must visit in Quebec City. I was visiting from Austin TX & my Airbnb host recommended this place, glad I listened to him. Awesome pork bao & pad Thai. Awesome cocktails as well. I had a fabulous dinner here.

Super belle ambiance. Nourriture thaï authentique. Cocktails hors du commun (tous délicieux). Excellent service & rapidité. Je recommande!

Chez Tao est un excellent spot si vous cherchez un resto asiatique avec une belle vibe. L'ambiance est vraiment agréable, parfaite pour une sortie entre amis.

Le highlight : certains jours, ils offrent le poulet frit à volonté pour 25 $. Franchement, ça vaut chaque dollar. Le poulet est ultra croustillant, bien assaisonné & toujours servi bien chaud.

Le pad thaï est aussi très réussi, avec des saveurs équilibrées & une belle intensité sans être trop lourd.

Gros plus également pour la carte des cocktails : il y a une énorme variété & plusieurs options vraiment funky & originales. C'est le genre de place où tu as envie d'en essayer plus qu'un.

Prix raisonnables, portions généreuses, ambiance le fun - une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.

Première visite dans cet établissement pour souper un vendredi soir.Réservation fortement conseillé étant donné que c'est un petit restaurant. Belle variété de cocktails pour plaire a tous les gouts. Le choix de menu est vraiment alléchant & chacun y trouveras son compte.Ambiance feutrée, p être même un peu trop feutrée.Personnellement ça ne me dérange pas mais ça pourrais déranger certaines personnes car un peu sombre.Somme toute un endroit coup de coeur que je recommande sans hesitation🫶🫶🫶Je vous recommande le pad thai car il est excellent✌?

Absolutely phenomenal service, & great food as well. We got the pad thai & tom kha - both delicious! Will definitely recommend, especially with the super friendly staff.
