J'ai apprécié qu'on tienne compte de mes demandes i.e. place près d'une fenêtre au 2e étage. Service très courtois; rien à redire au niveau du personnel. Le plat était bon, sans plus. Il faudrait que j'y retourne une seconde fois pour me faire une meilleure idée. Facilité d'accès au restaurant & stationnement. Ambiance, décor un peu''vide'' dans la salle à manger du haut.

Bonjour. Même si la nourriture était excellente, le service, pour sa part, était nul. Nous avons su que deux nouveaux employés suivaient une formation lors de notre passage chez Chic Alors! Cette situation a pu effectivement fortement altéré le service à notre table. Qui mieux est, nous n'avons obtenu aucune excuse à cet effet. C'est plutôt ordinaire. Merci.
