Nous sommes déçus par le service. Lors de notre commande, j'ai oublié de demander la glace framboise mais avec du chocolat. Peu après avoir passé la commande, je m'en suis rendu compte & j'ai demandé s'il était possible de l'ajouter, en précisant que j'étais prêt à payer le supplément. Le monsieur a refusé, sans même essayer de trouver une solution, alors qu'il s'agissait d'une demande simple. Ce manque de flexibilité & de considération pour le client nous a laissés une mauvaise impression.
