The fries tasted like nothing execept they had an odd after taste like old potatoes. For the chicken burger. It was ok ! The first few bites were good, but I had two bottom buns, dried extremely flat. My chicken was burnt & dried (one of the two pieces). I am really disapointed. Extremely expensive for what it is.

Excellent convient food. The chicken was well battered, seasoned to perfection & crispy. The waffle fries were delicious as well & made think of lays potato chips (not that they're thin but they have a similar taste & are very crunchy). The sauces are tasty. I would suggest for you to try the king sauce, which is very similar to chick fil a sauce. Overall, Im impressed & I will be certainly back to this place if I ever come back to Quebec.

Part of the Poulet Royal family, Coq Royal only serves fried chicken, but hot damn what chicken they serve! Truely these guys have the best fried chicken I've had anywhere. Seriously, you have to try this. If you're in Quebec City, no matter what others tell you, this chicken is a MUST!. I will safely say it is LANDMARK worthy.
