My daughters & I enjoyed creating personalized dishes that we will use every day. The environment was brightly-lit, the work stations were comfortable ans sufficiently spacious & there were sufficient materials & tools. The staff was courteous & informative, serving as a support resource, but a certain level of independence is definitely required. When the staff is busy with incoming & outgoing clients, all processed at their small counter, it creates service bottlenecks (ex. obtaining paint pens from behind the counter). Compounded wait times can add considerably to the length of time one spends there, overall. Arrive early, to pick out your desired piece & expect to wait in line with your finished item, when it's time to hand it in & pay. Table service would likely make the processing in & out steps more expedient. We enjoyed our experience & will return, though we will be sure to prepare for the logistical complications caused by the inefficient system.

Très belle endroit, belle environ, j'aurais aimé un peu plus d'explication vu notre première fois,mais les enfants ont adoré & c'était un beau moment.
