Il n'y avait personne pour faire les omelettes ou barbe à papa. Le service à la table était soit tres sympathique par une dame ou très froid par un garçon. Certains aliments étaient très bons, d'autres un peu trop dur ou cuits.

Nous avons célébrer notre mariage au Ginger samedi le 4 juillet, nous avions réservé une salle & l'avons décorée à notre goût pour rendre cette soirée inoubliable. Le service des employés du restaurant a été A1, en particulier Julien & la directrice Anick, qui ont grandement contribué à rendre notre expérience plus que parfaite. Cela fait 2 fois que nous réservons cette salle pour célébrer des occasions spéciales & à chaque fois c'est une grande réussite. Il y a 2 téléviseurs qui permettent de projeter des diaporamas & il est possible de mettre notre propre musique d'ambiance, sans déranger les autres clients du restaurant. Le service & la nourriture sont vraiment sur la coche, je vous recommande ce restaurant sans hésitation!

Walking in to the place it looks very nice & posch. We were seated & offered drinks. We ordered & had a bit of difficulty making a decision. I chose the cannelloni with sage sauce. Looked more like beef soup on pasta tubes filled with a mushy filling. Taste was horrible & returned it. Then tried general tsao chicken, (waited almost 20 minutes for my supper) good sauce , tender chicken with veggies but noodle were spaghetti noodles!
dessert was spot on! Tiramisu! We were compensated with a no charge dessert but a bad experience lingers for a while.
Enter t'aient was a singer with a laptop & guitar. Great selection of music but was a tad loud & vocals were not that good.
Will go to hotel again but will avoid Gingers.

Nous avons commandé une assiette à partager & deux coupes de vin. Bon service de la serveuse pour le vin. Mais, 45 minutes après avoir commandé notre assiette, nous n'étions toujours pas servi, la serveuse nous mentionnent qu'il manque un ingrédient & s'excuse. Quinze minutes plus tard, toujours non servi, oui décidons de quitter.
Nous nous attendions à ce que le resto nous offre nos coupes de vin pour compenser, mais non, nous avons payer.

We had a good time. we just had food, everything things was good & people were very nice. if you are looking for silent dining not the right place music is loud.
Must try the smoked meat poutine, it huge & good.
