J'ai venue dimanche le 21 juin , mon expérience a été très décevante. J'ai dû attendre plus de 25 minutes avant d'être servi. Le burger était sec, les frites étaient brûlées & le service laissait également à désirer. De plus, un employé de grande taille a été impoli & peu professionnel tout au long de mon passage. C'est, selon moi, la pire succursale de Holly Burger à Québec. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement & je n'y retournerai pas.
Nous sommes venus ce soir, le monsieur au service était vraiment gentil, il a pris le temps de nous conseiller. De plus, nos burgers étaient délicieux & copieux. Nous avons beaucoup aimé !
J'ai été déçu. Le hamburger est ok mais c'est un burger commercial. Mince mais pas vraiment smash. Ce qui gâche vraiment, c'est le pain; petit, froid ordinaire...
La poutine n'est pas bonne à mon goût. Sauce fade & patates pas assez cuite.
Nous avons décidé d'essayer le Holy Burger hier, autour de 21h. Nous avons dû attendre plus de 20 min pour avoir notre poutine. Bien qu'elle avait bon goût, elle n'était pas très chaude.
Nous avons eu un super bon service des 2 employés présents. Les 2 ce sont excusés du délai.
Notre déception a surtout été sur le temps de service du au manque de personnel.
Le burger sterling!!! Genre what the hell pourquoi le mien étais autant bon & goûteux, sincèrement je veut pas me prendre comme Olivier Primeau mais stune grosse note 8,7/10 je recommande sincèrement
Bon accueil, ingrédients soignés, Sterling de qualité, cornichons minces, délicats comme le reste, frites excellentes, sauce burger parfaite. Un produit d'ici qui torche Mc D, Harvey's & qui vous voudrez; comme dans le bon temps A&W, années 70, en plus subtil. Un burger super, comme je me les fais.... ''encore mieux,'' dit ma femme... bon, vous allez me sauver du travail
The burger is good, but the service was terrible. The staff saw that I don't speak French & still insisted on talking to me in French, being rude & unhelpful.
I believe that if someone can't speak the language, you should at least try to show a minimum level of understanding. Continuing to speak only in French is just too rude.
Obviously, my order even came wrong. I've been to other Holy Burgers locations & they were perfect, especially the one inside the shopping mall. This one, however, was not as good, though still decent.
