Die Pizza war superlecker! Die beste, die wir bei unserem Urlaub in Kanada gegessen haben.

Les meilleurs hamburgers que j'ai mangé de ma vie! La viande est tellement tendre que c'est aussi tendre que du filet mignon! La nourriture est vraiment très bonne & ils ont un four à pizza.

Pointed to HopEra by our B&B host. We had the California pizza which we have seen on menus before but had never tried. This version was reallly good; the balsamic drizzle added a bit of zing which we enjoyed. It was Saturday night & quite busy but service was quite good in spite of the crowd.

Malgré qu'il y avait plusieurs personnes au service, une seule employée (super gentille toutefois) semblait tout faire & avait donc de la difficulté (temps d'attente longs, des gens à la porte attendaient sans que personne n'arrive & que le téléphone sonnait). L'endroit n'avait en plus pas beaucoup de clients à cette heure. Deux bières ne sont jamais arrivées & on a dû les annuler comme nous avions terminé de manger. Pour la nourriture, les pizzas n'étaient pas assez cuites & très ordinaires (je ne me souviens pas d'une aussi mauvaise expérience pour un endroit qui a un aussi joli four), mais le hamburger était, lui, bien bon (mais arrivé avec oignons alors que demandé sans oignon). Les cuisiniers étaient deux & ne semblaient vraiment pas débordés. La serveuse leur aurait dit que la pizza ne semblait pas cuite, & ils auraient dit qu'elles étaient correctes (clairement pas de notre point de vue). Pour la bière, rien à redire, super bonne. On pensait aimer beaucoup l'endroit, mais pour l'expérience à ce prix, on n'y retournerait pas.
