Manque flagrant de formation pour certains employé, mauvaise prise de réservation sur les place attitré comparativement à celle demandé. (Place au bar pour trois personnes au lieu d'une table tel que demandé. arrivé à 18h45 10 minutes d'attente pour changement de place, prise de notre commande à 19h20, 19h30 proposition d'achats d'un billet pour un spectacle d'humour à 20h00 que nous avons refusé & que nous n'avions jamais été mis au courant lors de la réservation pour ce faire dire que nous devrons quitter alors à 20h00. Faites le calcul la commande n'est pas encore arriver & on nous demande de manger en environ 15 minutes. Résultat : nous avons quitter l'Établissement sans avoir manger pour chercher des places dans d'autres restaurants pour finir avec une commande livré à la maison vers 21h00 pour un souper d'anniversaire d'un ami. Plus jamais je ne remettrai les pieds dans cette établissement. Désolé
