Alors pour commencer le resto était bon mais par contre je trouvais que il avait une ambiance avec de gens un peu bizarre bref le dessert dans le menu enfant était bon mais je trouvais que ça manquait de goût & même chose pour la poutine je trouvais les gens un peu bizarre là bas car il y avait genre un ados ou adulte habillé en gothique mais bref le restaurant est bon & je le recommande bien.
We ordered the La Belle (The Beauty) Burger ($25) & the Sausage Poutine ($18).
Even already considering it to be an artisanal or gourmet burger, I personally find it just a tad bit expensive at $25. I did enjoy eating the burger. The juicy & savory patty was balanced with the sweetness of the fig jelly & caramelized onions. For the burger's side, instead of going wih the fries we went with mac & cheese & paid extra. The mac & cheese is an easy recommend.
Our other order was the Sausage poutine. The Sausage poutine was OK to good. I would not consider it among my favorite takes on Poutine, but it is still well worth the try.
Service was excellent. Our waiter was bilingual in French & English & helped us with the ordering experience. He also occasionally checked up on our section of the restaurant conversing with different tables in English or French as required.
The setting of the restaurant was interesting in that there is like a bar section bordered by like a balcony or terrace, & the more quiet section where we were seated facing outwards to the mall. The bathrooms are by the middle part where the guest entrance is. The walls & tiling of the place has so much character with picture frames, an arcade, & all the photos posted.
Bouffe excellente, bon prix malgré la grosseur de l'assiette. Seul bémol, quand ta réservation tombe du côté salle familiale, ambiance de corridors de Place Ste-Foy.
Sinon burger excellent & poutine sur la coche.

Nous avons pris des burgers accompagnés de poutines.
C'est bon, mais pas ouahou. dommage que nos steaks étaient trop cuits.
Le cadre est super sympa style brasserie/entrepôt & le personnel est vraiment top
L'entrée à partager à 60$'le beef' quant à moi sa aucun sens le prix pour genre.. 8 ailes, 8 onion rings, pis les 3 echantillons de pogos, la mini poutine pis 4 mini burger sa pourrait etre reviser cotée prix sinon qualite nourriture est bonne mais je ne recommande pas.
We had to wait 45 minutes at the door with no one around but one waitress that kept telling us it wouldn't be too long. 1/3 of the table had clients. Once sat, though, the service was alright.
Food is expensive & hit or miss. The burger is really the star here, you're basically paying for a crazy tower of beef & can even get a special challenge tied with your meal! Finish it or get spanked. Honestly no complaints about the burgers. Great party vibe.
We had a drink & it was punch without alcohol. We got told that if we actually wanted to taste any alcohol we needed to add a few extra shots. I can't say that i'm a huge drinker but this felt weird considering you're paying 30$+ for some drinks just to find out you need to add extra? I didn't pick alcohol free here bud. & skip the poutine as a side. Why? Just trust me. Burger, burger all the way.
TLDR: This would be a 4 star if it wasn't for the hour spent at the door with tables empty on a saturday evening at 18:00.
Excellent restaurant! J'y suis aller plusieurs fois & je ne suis jamais déçue. Les poutines & le macolos sont des incontournables pour moi. Je recommande leur cocktail qui sont tout aussi bon que magnifique.

Restaurant à l'allure très cool & ambiance festive. Les cocktails sont super bon (& extravagant dans la présentation) & les burgers sont extra massifs & extra délicieux. C'est pourquoi quand j'ai gouté à ma poutine j'étais un peu déçu. Si le burger est un 8,5/10 , la poutine elle est plus un 3,5/10. Les frites étaient molles, le gravy ne goûtait pas grand chose & il n'y avait pas beaucoup de fromage. Ça m'a rappelé les poutine d'aréna cheap. N'empêche que le reste de l'expérience était vraiment bien. Sur une autre note, je recommande fortement l'entrée de dumplings wagyu. 4 gros dumplings dans une sauce relevé très juicy & remplis de saveur! J'y retourne c'est sur!
