A bit of a strange place. Menu was limited as were the drink selections. As an example my wife asked for a martini, dont have, how about a mojito, no go there either. Same answer for Canadian whiskey. Food was quite bland. Salad was good, meat ball stew really had no taste. The sausage plate was decent. It even took a long time to get our bill.

Hands down the best food ive eaten in my life, amazing owner & workers & just overall great place. The owner recognized we've never been there before so he sat near us, explained the menu & suggested items. Our blue dragon drinks came in cute dragon egg glasses, water in silver pints, cool silver platers. Everything matched a medieval vibe. A lot of love & care goes into this place & its food.

This place is the real deal if you ever wanted to time travel to a medieval feast without the pesky plague. First off, the food. Oh man, the French onion soup is what dreams are made of. Seriously, it's like a bowl of happiness with all that cheesy, oniony goodness. Everything else was top-notch too, but that soup? Mind-blowing. The medieval vibes are on point. Think wooden barrels, steel mugs, & a whole lot of "ye olde" charm. It's like LARPing but with better food & no foam swords. & the cider? Pure gold. Refreshing, crisp, & just the right buzz to keep the evening merry. Now, about the minstrel. This guy was a riot! He belted out "Nothing Else Matters," the Zelda theme song, & even the Super Smash Bros theme. Who knew a medieval troubadour could rock out to video game music? Hilarious & awesome. The staff? Super energetic & made the whole experience even better. They were like the knights of the hospitality round table. Plus, they accept mobile pay. You will feel like you have a feast in the medieval period. The food was great & tasty & the porsion was big. The server will wear a costume also. I really like the vibe. I tried the food menu of The Alchemist which enough for 2 people & the drinks are Les Dragons. Goid choice!

My wife & I saw this place on a number of lists of must visits in Quebec & were very excited to try it out. We were not disappointed at all. This place is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is incredibly fun & inviting. The food was very good & the drinks were delicious. Going here made for a lovely final night on our trip!
