Tout était parfait. Nous aurions apprécié cependant une assiette de fruits au petit déjeûner bien qu'il ne manquait pas de fruits dans l'assiette au menu.

Le forfait proposé par l'hôtel Best Western en regard du restaurant n'a aucunement restreint le choix de menu. bravo!
De la mise en bouche jusqu'au dessert des plats recherchés & savoureux Le carpaccio de pieuvre , le boudin ,
Petit bémol sur la tendretés sur la côte de cerf mais la sauce a rapidement fait oublier ce detail le bonheur de pouvoir déguster le vin au verre approprié au met choisi quelle belle formule WoW. Bref une expérience gustative des plus extraordinaire A répéter sans hésitation

Le seul resto à ne jamais me décevoir, depuis plus de 30 ans. Un menu sans cesse renouvelé, des plats succulents, un service impeccable. C'est une expérience inoubliable à chaque fois.
