Nous avons soupé samedi soir à la Fenouillière, un pur délice ! Au menu, en entrée panaché de charcuteries, & tataki de saumon, en plat principal carré de cerf & le dessert, ganache au chocolat 70% & croustade de pommes. Comme toujours, nous avons été comblés.
