Mon épouse & moi faisons toujours un point d'honneur d'aller manger La Fenouillière lors de nos visites à Québec. La nourriture y est toujours délectable. En ce 18 septembre, on a opté pour le forfait gastronomique 5 services. Apéro: Kir maison qui aiguise nos papilles pour la mise-en-bouche, tartare de saumon maison. Entrée de carpaccio de petoncles & saumon fumé maison & ses accompagnements délicieux; soupe saisonnière réconfortante; pavé de saumon & ses morceaux de crabe délicieux pour mon épouse & médaillon de veau avec son carré de ris de veau pour moi, le tout accompagné de légumes tout à la fois fondant & croquant... sublimes!; plats de fromages québécois, accompagnés de fruits & noix mélangés. Le tout arrosé d'un très bon Pinot Noir conseillé par notre maître d'hôtel expérimenté tout au long du repas. Excellent service de notre serveur expérimenté de longue date. & on termine le tout par en excellent mélange café maison. On fréquente ce restaurant depuis plusieurs années; on n'a jamais été déçu & on y reviendra à notre prochaine escapade à Québec... & les suivantes. Que de belles expériences gastronomiques à se payer de temps en temps! & surtout en ces temps de pandémie.

This resturant was exceptional. What a great place for a great dinner. Even the cocktails were special & so delicious. The waiters were so helpful in providing the description of each course. We could take our time, no rushing. Even the coffee was special, so special we had a second cup. Beautifully presented desserts & so delicious. We recommend this resturant wholehartedly. Don't miss the opertunity, reserve your place & you will never forget the experience..
